I just moved into the apartment (Gemma South) about a month ago and I have to say, I really like it! It has a nice pool and grills and very quiet. Especially, I really like the layout. Mine is a studio m, but really spacious. And I think the location of the apt is the most favorable thing. It’s literally in the heart of K-town so you could get K- restaurants easily and in a minutes! The property managers are very friendly , responsive, approachable, and easy to get a hold of. I can’t picture a better place to live in for the price.

Audrey Apartments is a nice and clean place. The amenities are always clean and nice to have friendly get togethers. Parking is definitely a plus to have. Management does a good job of communicating with residents and making sure that quiet hours are being followed. Everyone in the building is pretty chill and you could definitely make some friends here. Security is nice as well and I definitely feel safe living here. And you have a nice view of the city on the rooftop.

I truly love my time here. The place is so comfortable and they are always quick to respond to maintenance requests. They also provide bi-weekly cleaning services for the main areas of apartments. The view is amazing and the location is just so convenient. The neighborhood is calm as well. I will be renewing my lease for a third time. Love their services.

Living in Hana has def given me the space I have been looking for with high ceiling, as well as the tranquility and modern ambitious space I have been looking for. The location is centered to all LA and it has all the amenities that are needed. Staff are very nice and helpful, and very glad I moved in a year ago. It’s a nice community with a very safe apartment complex that brings comfort.
